Apple is continuing to develop the upcoming OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 update, and today released the latest test version. OS X El Capitan Update Developer Beta 4 is now available in the Mac App Store. Public beta testers can also find the new version today.
While previous versions was not included with any notable user facing changes. The new version is updated with performance improvements and fixes its previous version’s bugs. Apple have asked the testers to focus on graphics, Mail, Wi-Fi, Calendar, USB, Notes, Photos, Spotlight, and networking in previous versions. When used with iOS 9.2 beta, the El Capitan beta supports Wi-Fi Calling with AT&T’s NumberSync feature as well.
Mac users who are running a previous version of OS X 10.11.2 beta can find the latest builds available for download now from the Software Update mechanism through the Mac App Store. Developers can also initiate the download from the Apple Developer Center for OS X.
Apple have placed in a position where the OS X beta updates are being pumped out thick and fast as part of the route to hitting the public market. It can’t be long until we see a final release of this latest update.
